How to give to Bishops’ Appeal

- Online donations can be made, in euro or sterling, for amounts of €10.00 / £10.00 or more.
- Donors making a contribution in this way will be asked to enter a code provided on the website before proceeding to payment (as a check to verify that they are making the payment in person). This is known as a Captcha Enter code and is displayed in the bottom right corner on desktops and the bottom of the page on mobiles – please see example below:

Please note, that in order to acknowledge receipt of your donation, it is important that you state the parish or individual name in the lodgement narrative. PAYE taxpayers in the Republic of Ireland can increase the benefit to Bishops’ Appeal when they donate €250 or more. This tax concession is given on a full tax year basis so Bishops’ Appeal receives the benefit on donations given in one tax year during the following year.
